Scholarship
We understand that paying the tuition could be difficult for some students wishing to enrol. We agree that the best students deserve to study without paying the tuition. Therefore, we are preparing two types of scholarships for which students may apply:
- Scholarship for the students with socio-economic needs,
- Scholarship for students' excellency.
Deadline for sending applications in a form of a single-page letter in PDF (with optional annexes on the following pages, all in one file named as surname-year.pdf) to info@studyscience.eu describing the reasons why a scholarship should be awarded, is 31 July. By submitting the application, you consent to the processing of your personal data, namely your name, surname, photographs, audiovisual recordings, and the course of your studies at the Faculty of Science of Charles University, for the purposes of presenting and promoting the activities of the Charles University Faculty of Science Endowment Fund.
In academic year 2023/24, fourteen scholarships were provided by
- IOCB Tech Foundation (10),
- Draslovka (2),
- Institute of Physical Chemistry (1),
- Gabriela and Petr Nachtigall Scholarship (1).
In academic year 2024/25, twenty scholarships were provided by
- IOCB Tech Foundation (10),
- Bakala Foundation (4),
- Draslovka (3),
- Institute of Physical Chemistry (1),
- and anonymous sponsors.
In academic year 2025/26, eighteen scholarships were provided by
- Bakala Foundation (8),
- IOCB Tech Foundation (6),
- Draslovka (3),
- Institute of Physical Chemistry (1).
